Terms of use
Last updated: 28 October 2026.
These terms apply to the Spire Coach website, desktop app and in-game mod ("Spire Coach"), made by r33hab, Norway ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
Unofficial
Spire Coach is a fan project. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Mega Crit Games. Slay the Spire and Slay the Spire 2 are trademarks of Mega Crit Games, LLC.
Access
You need a Steam account to sign in. The desktop app works only for accounts with access: during the beta, access is free and given by invite. We may later offer paid plans; if we do, we will say what they include before you pay, and features delivered through the in-game mod stay free.
You may use Spire Coach for your own play. You may not resell, share or work around access, or use it to harm the service or other players.
Your runs
Your run files stay yours. By uploading them you let us store and process them to give you reviews and insights, and to show a run to others when you share it. If you turn on "Contribute runs to training", you also let us use your eligible runs to train the coach, until you turn it off.
Upload only your own runs. Do not upload runs you know are altered or made up, or other players' runs as your own.
Beta
The beta is unfinished. Features may change, break or disappear, and data may need to be reset. We will tell you before resetting anything.
No guarantees
Spire Coach is provided as it is. Advice from the coach is a suggestion; how you play is your choice. To the extent Norwegian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Ending
You can stop using Spire Coach and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
Law
Norwegian law applies. Disputes go to the Norwegian courts, without limiting your rights to use the courts or consumer bodies where you live.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on the website and by email to account holders before the change applies.
